On Thursday, May 22nd, Colby graduated from Hendersonville Bible Kindergarten. He has grown leaps and bounds during this school year! He is reading anything you put in front of him and writing complete sentences. We are so proud of all that he has accomplished this year, and we can't wait for him to start Kindergarten at Merrol Hyde Magnet School with Brody in the Fall.
We've been told since Colby's diagnosis at my 20 week ultrasound that he would face learning disabilities and developmental delays because of his multiple surgeries. Then, when he had seizures at birth, they were positive that he would have difficulties. Jason and I are so happy that they were wrong! Colby is doing great and continues to defy the odds. This is just another way of God showing us that He is in control and has special plans for this special little guy!
