Spring Break 2014

We kicked off our spring break week with a trip to Sweetwater, TN for the Lost Sea Adventure.  I had never heard of this place, but I am so glad that Jason found it.  We had a lot of fun walking through the cave and taking a boat ride on the underwater lake.

We left Sweetwater and headed to Gatlinburg.  We only stayed in Gatlinburg one night, but we had a lot of fun while we were there.  On the way home the next day, we stopped in Pigeon Forge for go karts and the boys' first ever air brushed hats.  They were super excited about the hats!

The rest of our spring was spent playing at home, going to movies, and hanging out with friends who also stayed in town.  We unfortunately had a very cold spring break, and just like last year, it even snowed one day.  This didn't bother the boys though.  Brody even took advantage of the snow day to practice counting money like his teacher suggested.  He found all of the spare change in our house, counted it, and rolled it.  Our little business man even negotiated a 50/50 split with us for all of his hard work.  He ended up with $75 and even shared some of his split with Colby!  This was a win for all of us...the boys got money, and I got all of our change rolled and out of the house.  That is a productive Spring Break!
