On Thursday, April 9, Colby's kindergarten class had an Easter Egg Hunt and a Tie (for the boys) and Bonnets (for the girls) parade through some of the older classrooms. Colby was really looking forward to this day. As we were getting in the car to head to school, though, I noticed he felt warm and was running a fever. So, we dropped Brody off at school and headed straight to the pediatrician's office, where we found out Colby had strep throat. I hate he had to miss the fun day at school, but I kind of enjoyed the one on one time with him to cuddle at home. I will take cuddle time whenever I can get it!
