Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite Holidays!  I love spending time with family and friends and having an opportunity to reflect on how blessed we truly are.  We had a few get togethers for Thanksgiving this year, starting with our annual lunch at Nenny's house with her extended family.  Then, we had our first ever Friendsgiving dinner with our Small Group from church.  On Thanksgiving day, we ate lunch at Jeremy and Tammy's house with all of Jason's family.  We wrapped up the celebrations with lunch at Aunt Becky and Uncle Albert's house with some of my family.

I am so thankful for all of our friends and family...not just on Thanksgiving day, but every day!!!

5th Grade Night at MHMS

The 5th Grade class was recognized at the first Basketball game of the season.  They were announced and got to play a game of Gotcha during halftime.  This is such a great group of kids, and we are so thankful for all of Colby's friendships!

Memphis Tournament

We were fortunate to have both boys playing in the Memphis tournament again this year.  It's nice when we can all be in the same place at the same time, which isn't always easy with soccer schedules.  Colby's team played well, but they came up a little short of the championship game.  Brody's team came away with a Finalist finish!  We are proud of them both and are excited to see what the Spring Season will bring.

Thanksgiving Lunch at School

We enjoyed Thanksgiving lunch at school with Colby, and I have to admit, I got a little sad knowing this was the last one!  It's crazy to think that this is our last year of Elementary School.  Once they are in Middle School, they don't really want their parents there for Thanksgiving lunch.  Ha!  We did however force Brody to take a picture with us on our way out. These boys are growing up way too fast!

Halloween Fun

We had a fun Halloween with friends...eating chili and Trick or Treating in the freezing cold!!
