Burn Summit 2023 is in the books. We learned, we reflected, and we made some great memories. I'm so excited to see what this next year hold for Burn Boot Camp Hendersonville!

A quick getaway to St. Louis with my boys is just what I needed! We had the best seats ever to watch St. Louis City play Inter Miami! Plus, we had access to unlimited food, so the boys were super happy. Fun trip, fun game, great memories!
We had a great 4th of July holiday! We enjoyed dinner and fireworks on the 3rd with friends. Then, we had a nice relaxing 4th with just us. I want to soak in every second I have with my boys!
