I am so thankful for the opportunity to attend Burn Summit once again this year. It is a weekend full of learning, growing, and fun! Our team is excited to use all that we learned to make Burn Hendersonville the BEST that it can be!

Brody's First High School Soccer Season
Brody's first season of high school soccer was a big success! Merrol Hyde made it all the way to the semi final game of the State Tournament. This is only the second time in school history that they've made it into the state tournament, so this was a huge accomplishment!
Before the season started, I don't think there were very high hopes for this team. It ended up being a young team, with only 2 seniors and 5 freshmen starters. Watching them exceed all expectations and have so much success was a lot of fun!! We are excited to see what this team can do over the next few years!
Brody ended the season with 20 goals! He was named to the All Sumner County Second Team, the All District Team, and All Tournament Team. We are super proud of him and look forward to watching him continue to grow and develop as a player.

Last Day of School
Another school year is officially in the books. 9th grade and 7th grade done! I feel like every year goes by faster and faster, and I love reflecting back on the growth that these two experience with each school year...physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. Now bring on all the summer fun!!

50th Wedding Anniversary
My parents (aka Poogie and Gacky) celebrated 50 years of marriage this year, and I am so thankful that we were able to get together and celebrate them! Happy 50th Anniversary! We love you!!

Colby's End of the Season Soccer Party
To celebrate the end of their soccer season, we had Colby's team over for some dinner and fun. Colby has really grown to love these boys and this team, and we are so thankful that he will have another year to play with them!
