The boys' Spring Break week unfortunately started out with snow. It flurried on and off all day Monday and most of Tuesday and was very cold. It wasn't an ideal Spring Break, but the boys and I made the best of it by watching movies and playing at home Monday, going to the Family Fun Center on Tuesday, and going to Opry Mills on Wednesday. Jason and I wanted to do something fun as a family before the end of spring break, so on Thursday the 4 of us hit the road! We made a stop in Chattanooga to visit the Creative Discovery Museum and have some lunch.
We then headed to Atlanta to spend the night and go to the Georgia Aquarium on Friday, which the boys loved!!
Even with the snow and cold weather, we had a great Spring Break! Any days that we can spend having fun together as a family are perfect days for me. This week off from school and sports definitely got me looking forward to the lazy days of summer with my boys...even with their occasional arguing!
