Community Church Camp

For the third year in a row, the boys attended Community Church of Hendersonville's Overnight Church Camp.  They look forward to this camp all summer long!  It is a week filled with friends, fun, and most importantly, God.  I love all of the stories they come home with, and I love that they make so many awesome memories.  

16th Wedding Anniversary

16 years of marriage, and I still thank God for this crazy, funny, smart, and loving man every single day!! We have definitely experienced some ups and downs. Let’s be honest, at times our lives have felt like an out of control free fall, but TOGETHER we have managed to ride out this crazy roller coaster that we call life. I am thankful we both choose to lean in towards God and to each other. I may have been a young and dumb 19 year old girl when I met him, but I clearly was wise beyond my years to marry him!  I can't wait to see where our next 16 years leads us!

Painting Pottery for CHD Research

We are so thankful for groups like the Brett Boyer Foundation that work hard to raise funds for CHD research, and we are excited for Colby to be a small part of their upcoming event!! He had so much fun painting pottery with his heart friends, and we pray that these original masterpieces raise lots of money!

Brody gets highlights

Brody has been asking to get some highlights in his hair for a while now, and he finally wore me down!  Luckily, our good friend Jen came to the rescue and made it happen.  

Surfing with No Rope

This kid amazes me...he’s tried surfing 3 times, and he is already dropping the rope! It makes me so happy to see my boys try new things and end up absolutely loving them!
